RE-OPENING DATE - 4th July 2020

We’re delighted to be taking reservations and preparing to re-open Homewood on the 4th July. We’re busy preparing a balance of the “new normal” and delivering great hospitality and we’re fortunate to have large open-air spaces where you can eat and drink;  our beautiful gardens and outside terrace will be at the core of what we do over the summer months.

We’re still planning and shaping the final details and we will publish this on our website by mid-June, however here’s a summary of how we will ensure Homewood is an amazing place to visit whilst keeping safe

Our Team
Always at the heart of what we do, every member of our team will undergo detailed training and coaching on new practices here at Homewood. We’re ready to introduce new HR policies and processes across our business and of course provide all the necessary PPE to every team member

Suppliers
Our supply partners are critical, and we are ensuring all our suppliers have the correct policies and procedures to meet industry standards

Cleaning
Our approach to cleaning has always meant we have delivered the highest levels of cleanliness however, our team will be trained to align with new government guidelines. We will of course have hand sanitiser around Homewood.

Social Distancing
At the heart of all our planning and actions, we have large indoor spaces and extensive grounds, however we are providing one-way flow approach for specific areas around Homewood. We are restricting the number of guests in our bar and restaurants at all times. Guests will be able to order all food and drinks through their mobile phones and tablets.

Restaurants and Bar
Breakfast has been reviewed and we will only have a team member serve  breakfast to you, all self-service has been removed.

We require breakfast and dinner reservations to stagger bookings and allow for social distancing.

Menus and drinks will be provided online, and should you require a printed copy, this will be single use only.

Tables will be positioned to allow maximum social distancing, in line with government guidelines.

In room dining will be available for all meals, so you can enjoy meals delivered to your guest room.

We will have a lovely selection of picnics,  so you can use the grounds of Homewood for an alfresco meal

In summary
We wish to assure you we’re following all government guidelines and also working alongside our professional hospitality industry bodies, to ensure we are fully briefed to deliver an enjoyable and safe visit for all our guests.

We promise our communication will be timely and transparent, this will include our SAFE guidelines which will be published on our website.

We will contact every guest before their arrival with updated communication relating to our SAFE approach.

We will contact each guest three days ahead of their arrival to complete a simple health check and confirm details of their booking.

We have missed guests being around Homewood, my team and I can’t wait until we are welcoming you back.
