What to expect:
Your experience begins with a glass of Gusbourne Brut Reserve, as you take a whistle-stop tour of our kitchen garden. Then, dive into generous sharing boards brimming with hand-picked veg, freshly baked shortbreads, and garden bites.
The star of the show? Thyme & honey lamb, Brixham hake and mussels, cooked over fire on the Somerset grill right before your eyes, accompanied by an abundance of seasonal sharing vegetables harvested from our No-Dig garden. To finish, a delightful plum and apple oat crumble – the perfect sweet ending to your Mediterranean feast.
