Arrival and departure times

Family policy

Homewood has a number of spacious rooms to accommodate all the family and the following charges apply when children are sharing a room with two adults:
Children under 3 are free as are cots if required. 
Children 3-11yrs -   £15 per child, per night with breakfast at £5
Children 12-16yrs - £25 per child per night with breakfast at £10.50 

Generally, the above rates apply throughout the year with the exception of special holidays such as Christmas and New Year or if we have any special offers available.

A third adult sharing a room (needs to be a Junior Suite or above) is charged at £35 per night, with breakfast charged as taken and free use of the spa facilities (treatments charged as taken).

Please note that the maximum occupancy in our classic rooms is two adults, so you’ll need to choose from our deluxe room category upwards to accommodate families.

Pet policy

All pets are allowed. There will be a charge of £15 per night excluding food. Please inform us at time of booking so that we can ensure you are in a suitable room.

Group policy

A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group and alternative terms and conditions apply to group bookings, so please get in touch for further details, our number is 01225 723731.

Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, there will be no charge so long as you let us know by 2.30pm, two days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made after that time will be charged in full.

No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged in full.

Please see our Christmas brochure for our Christmas and New Year cancellation policy as these breaks require pre-payment and are non-refundable.

Payment policy

All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card. A pre-authorisation is required from the credit card or debit card on check-in that will be used for payment on departure. Please rest assured that a pre-authorisation is not a payment and final payment for the duration of your stay and any extras will be taken on departure.

Other

We offer free parking at the hotel. 

The hotel operates a strictly no-smoking policy in all areas of the house. If guests are found to be smoking in the room or the hotel is unable to reuse the room due to the smoke in the room, a fee will be charged for damages.

Any damages to the room or furniture by pets will be charged a fee depending on the nature of the damage.
