General

Cancellation terms depend on your package and are confirmed with your booking. No-shows are charged in full.

Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. For more information, refer to your booking confirmation, as payment options depend on the rate booked. In some cases, full payment is taken before arrival.

Yes – parking is free for all our guests.

Homewood is strictly no-smoking indoors, but there’s a designated area outside. If guests are found to be smoking in the room or we’re unable to reuse the room, a minimum fee of £250 will be charged for damages.

Stays

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you'd like to arrive a little earlier or stay a little longer, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Guests are welcome to make full use of the spa from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. Guests are not permitted to use the facilities before check-in time or after check-out time.

Absolutely! Children under three stay free (cots included). Extra beds or sofa beds in Junior Suites or above are £35 per child, per night, including breakfast. Rates vary for holidays and special offers.
